New Shows Added - February 25, 2010
I just uploaded a great new batch of old time radio shows! The very first Lone Ranger, 20 Questions, CBSRMT and many more!
*** Remember - the new shows are at the bottom of each page.
20 Questions - I added a few epsisodes of this classic radio game show. If people like them I can add more.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater - I added a 5 part series called "The Last Days of Pompeii".
The Lone Ranger - I added a few new episodes including the very first one that tells how he became The Lone Ranger.
Sherlock Holmes - Everyone's favorite detective duo... Holmes and Watson played by Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce!
Cinnamon Bear - For the young at heart we have The Cinnamon Bear! :)
Sears Mutual Radio Theater - An awesome show done in the early 80's. It is hosted by Andy Griffith, Vincent Price, and more stars that will recognize! Let me know what you think because I have many more of these I can post.

WHAT IS OLD TIME RADIO?
Old time radio often called "otr" refers to radio shows from the early days of radio broadcasting. The term usually
applies to dramas, comedies, mystery shows, westerns and variety shows that were acted out by professional actors and sent out
over the airwaves. In the golden age of radio families would sit around their radio listening to the exciting shows the way
we sit around our television sets watching them today.
WHO LISTENS TO OLD TIME RADIO SHOWS?
OTR fans used to be those people who grew up in the 1930's, 40's and 50's but thanks to the internet a whole new generation is
falling in love with OTR! Yes, young and old alike love to listen to the radio shows of yesteryear. You are never too young
to appreciate the talented actors and actresses from the golden age of radio.
